Posted:Monday, May 30 2005, 20:42:28 | | I used FSBO to sell my shack of a house. I didnt want to pay a realtor hefty fee to sell it. Heck it took about 10 seconds to tour the house. Anyway I used FSBO to sell it. They listed it on the site and in the magazine in my county. I had great results and sold my house in like 5 weeks. This is really a way to save thousands of dollars. I would recommend this to anyone who has time to show their house themselves and negotiate the deal. Really a great site. |
