I agree with the other reviewer that this site bit off more than they can chew. I wasn't happy with my experience but I wont say it was poor either. |

Many of their tools now are VERY slow to operate and require a few too many steps. Posting a resume used to go much quicker now there seem to be too many steps. If you want to see your resume as you enter the information it sometimes goes painfully slow. On the plus side, however, they have an incredibly huge database of job postings which can really help someone looking for a job (I actually found my current job through Monster.com). The search function is very good and pretty comprehensive if you know the key words you want to target. If you just browed an entire category it could take awhile - but that's good it just means there are that many postings. So all in all a good site, just needs some tweaking to make it go smoother and faster at times. |
